Funding Circle 美国分公司推出部分贷款投资业务

上周行业重大新闻云集。1月27日，FundingCircle美国分公司推出了针对个人合格投资者的部分贷款投资业务。该业务向美国投资人首次提供了直接投资小微企业贷款的途径。

目前为止，FundingCircle的投资人可投资全额贷款，或通过FundingCircle自有基金即FC合伙基金1（全部披露：lendacademy投资P2P基金是该基金的投资人）进行投资。但在全额贷款投资下，单个贷款的平均金额在10，000美元左右，因此需要很大的资金量才能实现充分的风险分散化。

每笔贷款最低投资1000美元

需要指出的是，目前不能奢望像LendingClub和Prosper那样投资25美元即可投资部分贷款。FundingCircle只对合格投资者开放，并设置单笔贷款的最低投资金额为1000美元。此外，他们也设置了投资上限为5万美元的最低账户额度。

本周早些时候，我和FundingCircle的前创始人、运营总监SamHodges谈论过此事。他告诉我FundingCircle目前有500位投资人表示对部分贷款投资业务有兴趣，同时，他预测在年末这一数字将增长到数千人。

关于FundingCircle部分贷款投资市场

像lendingclub和prosper一样，FundingCircle有全额贷款和部分贷款两种投资方式。但对于那些已习惯于部分贷款市场中有数百个借贷产品可供选择的投资人而言，这里需要降低下期望。截止发文，平台上仅有三笔贷款可供选择。因此，还需要一些时间来建立多元化的投资组合。

FundingCircle的贷款量正迅速增长。12月份他们的贷款量略低于1000万美元，1月份将有所超越。因此，我们也会看到可供选择的贷款不断增加。

在部分贷款业务中，每周一、周三和周五会增加新的贷款。但目前网站上还是只有提供全额贷款投资的接口。由于部分贷款业务中没有自动投标（尽管该性能正在研发），因此发标时并不存在疯抢的现象。

投资人可以了解借款公司的部分信息。在业务，职员，行业，公司财务，所有人个人FICO，以及破产信息等方面，FundingCircle都有简短介绍。但公司和所有人的名称是未被披露。

FundingCircle根据贷款的预期年损失率将贷款分为四个评级：A+,A,B,C四种，其中0.6%为A+级，3.3%为C级。平均利率在10%以上，平均损失率为较低个位数，这意味着预期回报率将会是双位数。

Fundingcircle推出了一款名为FundingCircle证券的产品，确保交易得以进行。票据都由FundingCircle票据项目有限公司来发行。投资人可设置应税账户或通过IRA进行投资（传统或非传统方式皆可）。

点评：众所周知，FundingCircle作为著名的P2B借贷平台，借款方一般为中小企业，因此贷款标的一般金额较大。此次，FundingCircle美国分公司推出部分贷款投资业务，在一定程度上打破了全额贷款的“僵局”，这无疑降低了投资者对中小企业贷款投资的门槛，也必将推动美国P2B市场的发展，具有象征意义。

AboutFundingCircle’sFractionalMarketplace

LikeLendingClubandProsper,FundingCirclehasawholeloanandafractionalloanmarketplace.Butforinvestorsusedtoseeinghundredsofavailableloansonfractionalplatformsyouwillneedtoadjustyourexpectationshere.Asofthiswritingtherearethreeloansavailableforinvestors.So,itwilltakesometimetobuildupadiversifiedportfolio.

HavingsaidthatloanvolumeatFundingCircleisincreasingrapidly.Theydidjustunder$10millioninloansinDecemberandwilldomorethanthatthismonth.So,weshouldseeloanavailabilitycontinuetoincrease.

LoansareaddedtothemarketplacethreedaysaweekonMonday,WednesdayandFriday.WhileFundingCircledoeshaveanAPIitisonlyfunctionalforinvestingthroughthewholeloanmarketplacetoday.Thereisnowaytoinvestprogrammaticallythroughthefractionalmarketplace(althoughthatcapabilityiscoming)sothereisnomadrushwhenloansareadded.
